AMPI Mazatlan is the Mexican association of Real Estate Professionals in Mazatlan, Sinaloa, Mexico. AMPI is the largest Real Estate Association in the country, formed in 1957 in Mexico City. AMPI includes: Appraisers, Developers, Consultants and Brokers, who are subject to AMPI and a .

AMPI works together with the Federal, State, and Municipal authorities, proposing new laws and amendments to existing laws and regulations, directly related to the Real Estate activity.

AMPI represents its associates in diverse private and public entities.

AMPI Mazatlan is a guarantee of professionalism, moral rectitude and capabilities of its members, committed to the strict standards of its Code of Ethics.

AMPI is affiliated at international level to the National Association of Realtors "NAR", the Canadian Real Estate Association "CREA" and the International Federation of Real Estate "FIABCI."

To be a private, non governmental organization that gathers together professionals within real estate in the Republic of Mexico under certain laws and and conducts for the integral formation of its associates, dignifying the profession of real estate and protecting the right to private property.

VISION

To be the most important real estate organization in the Republic of Mexico by creating and promoting a new real estate culture. This based on improving the professional standards of realtors via training and certification of each one of its members and projecting and promoting AMPI both nationally and internationally.
